Leadership development has importance for the organisation's results, and for the satisfaction and development of managers and employees.

Leadership development can focus either on developing the competences of a management group, or on developing each manager's competences. Bonnerup & Hasselager has many years of experience with development processes for both new and experienced managers, and with long-term internal development processes for management groups.

Bonnerup and Hasselager was established in 2011.
